Please note follow the steps below -

Navigate to the DCI portal at acumen.dcisoftware.com or the DCI EVV mobile app

Login with your username and password.

Please note: If you received an email, you have a profile.

If you do not know your password, click Forgot your Password and enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.

Once logged in DCI, click the messaging module icon (envelope) in the upper right corner.

Click See All Messages

Select the secure message
Typical secure messages include:

Click the Attachments tab

Click the eye icon to view or the download icon to download in the download column
