The RFSPSCs provide a venue for parents and family members of people with developmental disabilities to exchange knowledge and information about family support services.
Members advocate for families and individuals with developmental disabilities at the local and state level on issues that directly impact their lives.

Acumen Transition Information-
The transition of the Division of Developmental Disabilities' (DDD) Vendor Fiscal/Employer Agent (VF/EA) Self-Direction Model from the current fiscal intermediary (FI), Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), to Acumen Fiscal Agent (Acumen), began in May 2025 and is projected to be completed by September 2025. All individuals currently receiving services paid through PPL have been assigned to Acumen Cohorts (groups), which are being transitioned on a staggered schedule.
