Big news! Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of New Jersey(PLAN|NJ) has created a new website to better assist with planning for the future of an individual with disabilities at www.plannj.org.
Whether you are a person with a disability, a family member or friend, an attorney, financial advisor or human services professional, check out the website for life planning tools and resources to help achieve greater peace of mind.

 

We've also produced a heartwarming and informative eight-minute film, ‘A Talk with Families.’ It features three members of the PLAN|NJ community who are working to achieve their hopes and dreams. Be sure to watch the film to understand the benefits of putting a lifetime of supports in place to take charge of the future and ensure a meaningful life.


PLAN|NJ’s mission is to help families answer the question, ‘Who will care for my loved one when I’m gone?’ We offer comprehensive support services including Special Needs Trust administration, life planning, guardianship, advocacy, home visit monitoring, social service coordination, and representative payee for Social Security benefits.
