A Proposed Readoption with Amendments: N.J.A.C 10:46C, Community Care Waiver Waiting List Procedures, was published on the New Jersey Department of Human Services’ Proposed Rules and Amendments page on October 21, 2019.  There is a 60-day formal public comment period, which ends December 20, 2019.
