The New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities (NJCDD) needs your input on the use of electronic monitoring devices (video cameras) in licensed congregate settings (group home or supervised apartment) for individuals receiving services from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
